June 24 marks two years since Roe v. Wade was overturned, ending the constitutional right to an abortion. In the two years since the end of Roe, many states have enacted near-total abortion bans and severe restrictions, with some exceptions for medical complications. These exceptions have not stopped . Legislation cannot deal effectively with the myriad medical issues that arise from pregnancy.
